David Olle

Managing Partner | Real Estate, Strategic Partnerships & Hospitality

David Olle is a veteran real estate developer, investor, and operator with more than four decades of experience bringing complex, large-scale projects to life. His work centers on commercial Town Centers and Arts & Entertainment Districts, mixed-use environments built around hotels, office, multifamily, condominiums, performance venues, restaurants, bars, and retail. Few professionals can orchestrate the breadth of disciplines these projects demand; David is one of them.

A native of Austin, Texas, David’s career bridges real estate brokerage, development, investment management, construction, and asset management. He also spent years as an owner and operator of entertainment venues and clubs across Texas and Las Vegas, experience that gives him a rare, operator-level understanding of the hospitality and entertainment industries he now develops.

David began his career working alongside Kemmons Wilson and Leonard Lundgren, the original creators of Holiday Inn and Pratt Hotels, and the founders of Crowne Plaza — as well as managing the Sands Las Vegas. David acquired and redeveloped the largest hotel on Austin’s iconic 6th Street, The Hilton Garden, and opened a 10,000-square-foot music venue that helped fuel Austin’s now-legendary live music scene. He was also involved in the creative structuring of the downtown Austin Waller Creek redevelopment.

Through Galileo’s affiliate, Signature Hospitality, David maintains relationships with several national and international hotel flags. In 2017, David joined the Trump International Hotels platform, working on development projects across Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. In 2019, he became one of only two developers approved for new domestic Caesars Entertainment developments, a distinction that reflects both his track record and the trust the hospitality industry places in him.
